Go to Workforce Chaplains of America official website (WCOA), click the, More Drop box, to access the Corporate Sponsorship Application. Fill out and submit.

Or just simply fill out the ​Brochure application that may have been presented by any one of our representing Corporate Chaplains, Employees, or volunteers. Express your interest in contracting our spiritual care services and one of our counseling agents will contact you at once to conduct:
Needs Assessment:
​To schedule an initial consultation with WCOA.
During this consultation, you will discuss your organization's specific needs, challenges, and goals related to employee well-being and spiritual care.

​Customized Proposal:
WCOA will then prepare a customized proposal based on the information gathered during the consultation.

The proposal as a result will outline the scope of services, service delivery methods (on-site or telehealth), and any unique features tailored to your organization.

Contract Negotiation:
​Review the proposal and engage in contract negotiation with WCOA.
Clarify terms, pricing, and any additional services or adjustments required to meet your organization's needs.

​Contract Signing:
​​Once both parties agree on the terms, your company will sign the contract to formalize the partnership.

​Onboarding and Implementation:​​
Your company will then work closely with WCOA to facilitate the onboarding process, while ensuring that employees and relevant stakeholders are informed about Our spiritual care program and how to access it.

​Service Commencement:
​​Further, upon contractual acceptance WCOA will commence the delivery of spiritual care services according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Employees can start utilizing the services as needed.
